How do I register and how long does setup take?
Registering takes minutes: request your free trial from the contact page and we provision your lab's own workspace, usually within one business day. Most labs are billing patients and printing barcoded labels on day one — no hardware or IT team required.
What is the difference between a LIMS and a LIS?
A LIS (Laboratory Information System) is built for clinical and medical labs, while a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) traditionally targets sample-focused industries; in pathology the terms are used interchangeably. CeyLab covers both roles for diagnostic labs — clinical reporting, billing and sample lifecycle management in one system.

CeyLab is fully cloud-based and works anywhere with an internet connection. Is CeyLab multi-tenant and secure?

Can patients verify their reports?
Every report carries a unique QR code linking to a public verification page. Patients, doctors and employers can confirm a result is genuine and unaltered without needing an account.
How are reports delivered to patients?
