Is CeyLab multi-tenant and secure?
Yes. Every lab gets an isolated workspace on its own subdomain, with role-based access control, an immutable audit log and scheduled encrypted backups so patient data stays private and recoverable.
Can patients verify their reports?
Every report carries a unique QR code linking to a public verification page. Patients, doctors and employers can confirm a result is genuine and unaltered without needing an account.
How are reports delivered to patients?
The moment a pathologist signs off, CeyLab can automatically queue and deliver a branded PDF over WhatsApp, email or SMS — no manual sending required.
Do you support multiple branches?
